i'm a senior in high school and i'm thinking about taking computer science, so before i get myself into this college mess ... i want to know more about it . like from students who studied or are studing this major, so please help before it's too late!

Is there any kind of shows, DVDs, Music etc for babies and young children that teach science? There is all sorts of religous propaganda out there for children (Cartoons, Vegie Tales, music etc) so there has got to be something teaching science for youngens. Right?

my school allows people to skip a class if they can achieve a passing grade on the finial exam without taking the class. so what would be the best way to prepare for the exam when I haven't taken the class?
